[mou] Snowy Owl in St. Paul

Just got a call from Dennis and Barb Martin, the snowy owl flew off the house at 6:16pm and over to the St Thomas Campus (St. Paul side) where it apprears to be actively hunting.  They last saw the bird perched on top of a five story building on the southwest corner of the campus next to the ball fields.
