Hi everyone! I went down to the St. Croix on my daily trip to see if the two pair and one juvenile Trumpeters were around (no sightings for three days). I was pleased to see a couple large white shapes out on the river - and surprised when I glassed them and the orange bill jumped out at me. I've seen many hundreds of Trumpeters in this spot but never a Mute. Steve
