We saw a Great Gray Owl this afternoon, 3:30, sitting on top of a power pole, along Cty. Rd. 715/Pike River Road about 2 miles south of Cty. Rd. 21. Not far from Giants Ridge. Then farther down the same road, closer to Biwabik/Hwy 135, we saw a Pileated Woodpecker and several Gray Jays. This is in central St. Louis County. Anne Bier
