I'm wondering if others have noted missing red-winged blackbirds. Here in Hubbard/Becker Counties, we have not seen red-wings since before the July 4 holiday. They seemed to disappear with the cool and rainy weather at that time. Have they been present in other parts of the state? Thanks --
