An adult Black-crowned Night Heron was observed last evening, and again =
this morning, in the Morgan Park neighborhood of Duluth. This is the =
first one I have seen in Morgan Park in the 3=BD years I've lived here.
It was along the RR tracks near the base of the point that extends into =
Spirit Lake from the site of the old steel plant, just NW of the small =
beaver pond. For anyone interested, here are the GPS coordinates:
