Season...

memorable blizzards and good birds...
- Snowy Owls are frantically scouting out the CBC territory at which they
want to be counted...
- New CBC locations are being planned...
- Holiday bakers are preparing traditional snacks and annual meals for the
courageous volunteers...
- County listers are checking maps and calendars at the MN CBC website to
search for the best chance to add a new bird to an old list...
- Newspapers are struggling with where to place the article about "those
crazy birders"...
- eBayers are wondering if that pair of snowshoes will arrive before the
Isabella count...
