After several fruitless attempts to see this bird it was quite easy to
see this morning at about 9:30 perched on top of the small building
marked 2680
and located in the FEDEX parking lot that is on your left just after you
go through the 2nd tunnel(take the 66th St. Exit off Cedar).  The bird
choked up a nice-sized pellet so there must be food available out there.
