[mou] Snowy Owls at Mpls Airport

	Just returned from seeing two Snowy Owls at the Gycol facility on Cargo
Road. They were near the runway which runs directly behind the facility.
Several people were already there, standing on the cement tops of the tanks
behind the parking space. Someone from the facility came out and explained
they were willing to let the gate open for the facility, but could not allow
people to go up on or cross the cement tanks. So if you go to see the owls,
please observe them from the parking area. If this is not observed, they may
have to close the facility to us birders.
