<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>Great Gray Owls have not abandoned the Sax-Zim Bog. On Thursday January 20 Pat Valentik (Arkansas) &amp; I found 40 Great Grays in two hours in The Bog. Most (27) were on St.Louis Co 7&nbsp;between St.Louis Co 52 and Stone Lake Road between 10am and noon. It was a heavy overcast day with light winds.</DIV>

<DIV class=RTE>A beautiful male Snowy Owl was seen this evening (Saturday Jan 22, 5:20 pm) from Airport Approach Road (SW of Duluth International Airport) Exit Hwy 53 on Stebner Road, go north just past Airbase Road. The bird was sitting on the perimeter fence of the airport visible to the east.</DIV>
