[mou] Important Rally in St Paul for wetlands 4-2-05

There is a big rally coming up that can help determine wetland
conservation improvements for the near future. It is the Ducks,
Wetlands, and clean water rally. Minnesota Audubon, the MN DNR, and the
MOU are supporters of this initiative at the group level, now wee need
our members to show up and participate at the individual level. Ducks
are in the title, but as in many quality MN wetlands, there are Rails,
shorebirds, and Ammodramus sparrows in the same habitat. If you can make
it, please do, and bring your learnings and comments back to this list
serve so we can hear about it!

The rally will be held on Sat. April 2, 10 -3 at the state capitol.
Speakers and festivities begin at 1.
