Tom Christiansen and I just returned from seeing the Gyrfalcon. At approxiamtely 4:30 PM we saw the Gyr on our way to the 55-42 junction. It was on the ground in the south-east corner of the golf course. After a short time on the ground, it flew rapidly to the north and disappeared over the trees. Bill Stauffer
