[mou] The Raptor Center Needs Help

Hi all,
I will put out the challenge to other out-of-state birders like myself who 
enjoyed the owl invasion.  I would suggest that each of us donate between 
2-5% of the cost of our trip to Minnesota (this should be somewhat 
proportional to each persons financial status).
