This morning I made a quick trip to Lake Byllesby and found ten varieties of
shorebirds. Lots of pectorals, both yellowlegs, numbers of semi-palm. plovers,
1 willet, 1 marbled godwit, and 1 dunlin were most interesting. Also, about ten
dowitchers (sp.) were present. The light was not great.
