Twelve warbler species Friday afternoon at the Senn-Rich WMA in Waseca =
County, including Golden-winged, Mourning, and Connecticut. Other =
"good" birds there:
Bell's Vireo - one singing softly and infrequently near the SE corner of =
the WMA.
Orchard Oriole - two adult pairs (one bird singing)
Eastern Towhee - one singing
Clay-colored Sparrow
Alder Flycatcher, Grasshopper Sparrow, Bobolink, and Eastern Meadowlark =
on adjacent county property
In early evening, both bitterns calling at Buffalo Lake, and eight =
Dunlins at NW corner of Moonan Marsh.
