At Jirik Sod Farm (Dakota County) last night (14 September):
American Golden-Plover - 31
Black-Bellied Plover - 1
Pectoral Sandpiper - 1
Wilson's Snipe - 5
Killdeer - 100+
Best viewing was from 200th street. Almost all of the Golden-Plovers
were in the freshly plowed area.

At 180th Street Marsh:
Greater Yellowlegs - 5
Least Sandpiper - 3=20

Today (9/15) visited Purgatory Creek in Hennepin County. Water level
very high.
Even the island in the middle was pretty much covered. Save yourself
the trip.=20
Has anyone been to New Germany recently... or Jirik sod farms?
