While driving to work about 12:00 pm Friday, I noticed a bald eagle perched along the circular walking path around Lake Winona very near the Kmart Store. The unusual thing was that there was a lot of foot and car traffic near where the bald eagle was perched. Matt Baumann Winona, MN
