[mou] Eurasian Wigeon not present

Unfortunately the Eurasian Wigeon was not present for the dozen or so 
birders who traveled to the wilds of Princeton last evening.  Only 20-30% of 
the waterfowl (including no wigeons of any nationality) were present last 
evening.

It was good seeing all of you there!
