Hello everyone,
It has been some years since I was involved in MOU - I first learned of =
the organization when doing research with Frank McKinney at the Bell =
Museum in the early 90s. I went on to do my Ph.D. at the University of =
Miami, working with Bill Searcy and studying the mating system of wild =
Muscovy ducks in the Brazilian Pantanal. I now work as an environmental =
consultant with a company in Eden Prairie.
The reason I'm writing to you all now is that the company I work for is =
looking to employ someone experienced in raptor surveys to conduct a =
short-term study of migrating raptors on the North Dakota/South Dakota =
border. We would like to find someone who would be available for one to =
four weeks of employment to collect field data, and possibly participate =
in writing it up. We need someone who would be available to start =
within the next two weeks.
This could be perfect for someone who is writing their thesis or =
dissertation, has the flexibility to take a break and do some field =
work, and would like to make some money.
Please let me know if you know of anyone who might fit this need, and =
feel free to forward this email to them.
