The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service released a finding today that the
Cerulean Warbler does not warrant threatened species status under the
Endangered Species Act. In the finding USFWS recognizes the 3% decline =
per
year over the last 40 years, and expects the decline to continue, but =
says
that the species is not in danger of extinction and should still almost
