Just posted images taken of Bald Eagles from Alma and Short-Eared Owls =
from Beaver (Fillmore County). Spent from sunrise to about 1 pm at the =
dam in Alma photographing Bald Eagles. I would say I counted maybe 50 =
plus. Anyway, regardless of the accuracy of that aspect, there were =
quite a few and very active even at the time I was leaving. Later on =
that afternoon my wife and I headed to the Beaver Creek Wildlife =
Management Area to hopefully catch some shots of Short-Eared Owls, or =
anything that moved for that matter. Immediately upon arrival my wife =
spotted one in the first row of trees. Then some birders let us know =
about another ona fence post. That was one of the best shots I have =
gotten of that owl.

Hope you enjoy them. Feedback welcome.
