[mou] Snowy Owl - on Highway 100 between 50th and Highway 62 - Minneapolis

My Wife, Julie, saw a Snowy Owl being chased by a
flock of crows while she was heading south on Hwy 100.
 The bird was seen between 50th and Highway 62 flying
east.  This was at 3PM Saturday, January 28.
