    The public has until Dec. 8 to comment on the future of CRP (Conservation 
Reserve Program.) The notice seeking public comment on CRP was published in 
the Federal Register on August 10, 2004. It is available online at:

Submit comments in writing by Dec. 8, 2004. The preferred manner to submit
