[mou] Clay Co. Scissor-tailed Flycatcher

Hello all,

Just got a phone call from Matt Mecklenburg from the local Minnesota
chapter of The Nature Conservancy.  He found a scissor-tailed flycatcher
on MN highway 9 just north of Downer on the east side of the road.  I'm
heading out the door as I write this.
