While conducting the West Skyline Hawk Count today from Thompson Hill in
West Duluth, Minnesota, I observed a late migrant adult Golden Eagle at
12:55 Central Daylight Savings Time (or 11:55 am bird time) with a radio
telemetry collar with a medium green component visible. This bird was first
observed crossing the St. Louis River from Wisconsin at 12:50 (11:50 am bird
time). Any information about this bird or this project would be greatly
