On early Sunday AM, John Hockema, Tom Nelson, Jim Hughes and I heard a
Louisiana Waterthrush repeatedly vocalizing at Murphy-Hanrehan Park. The
location was along the east side of 75, 100 yards north of it's intersection
with Sunset Lake Boulevard.

Later that day, at the town of Osakis from the end of 1st Street, we saw a
pair of Grebes fairly close, less than 100 yards. It was awesome to get
direct comparison, as one was a Western and one was a Clark's. The Clark's
bill glowed orange, compared to the Western, the eye was clearly in an
island of white, and the back of the bird was paler than the Western.
