[mou] Sand Coulee - follow up

One last note about the sand coulee, if you do decide to go.  The 
public land there includes the city property (25 acres accessed from 
the trail that Steve described, below) and the 80 acre DNR WMA 
adjacent to the north.  South of the city property is all private 
property, starting where the houses can be seen on the east rim of 
the coulee.
