[mou] Red Crossbills

[Pastor Al Schirmacher]

My son Nathan needs Red Crossbills for his life list - this looks like a 
good fall/winter to nail them down for him.  I realize they are highly 
nomadic, but is anyone seeing them on a consistent basis in an area within a 
couple of hours of central MN?
