[mou] Board Meeting Date Change

The MOU Board Meeting has to be moved to November 29th, the Wednesday,
of the week prior to the Paper session, due to conflicts of schedule.
The new meeting time and place is Wood Lake Nature Center in Richfield,
Minnesota, in the Twin Cities; the meeting is to begin promptly at 6:00
PM, and all must be out by 9:00 PM. The building is to be open by 5:30
PM for people to set up and get ready. All MOU members are welcome; an
agenda will be forthcoming shortly. Please accept my apology for any
inconvenience this may cause.=20
