[mou] Mou Seasonal Reporting Software

I am not seeing Chukar listed in the Mou Seasonal Reporting Software.  Is 
there a reason for this?   I submitted it by changing Gray Partridge to 
Chukar and then submitting it, but I don't know whether it will take.
