[mou] Leech Lake - Ruddy Turnstone, Sanderling

Today a quick trip to Pelican Island on Leech Lake produced 2 Ruddy
Turnstones and 23 Sanderlings among the other usual suspects.
Yesterday there was a Black-bellied Plover at this location as well.

Also worthy of note were three Red-necked Phalaropes at the Walker WTP
earlier this week.
