[mou] [mnbird] water feature

I don't have much before and after data, since this is our first year in
Northfield and we only finished our water feature a few weeks ago.  But
today I banded a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher in a net on the waterside and I
sent MNbird photos of 4 or 5 warbler species caught yesterday.
