[mou] Hennepin County Purple Finch

Looks like one of the "record high" 375 PURPLE FINCHES counted  at Hawk Ridge on August 25th made it to our 
Eden Prairie backyard feeder tray this morning.  This is the first Purple Finch we've seen here since October of last year.  

We had three females and one male on 10/26/07.
