Its the end of the year and time to submit listing numbers for The Loon supplement.  A paper list form is being sent out today or Monday.  We much prefer that you submit your numbers online.  The address for submission is:

This can be reached from the main web page (http://moumn.org) by clicking on 

    Listing -> Enter/Edit your County List Numbers

The listing numbers that have been entered into the Seasonal Report are also listed on this page and you can update your listing numbers by clicking on "Update Counts" if you have all of your sightings entered into the seasonal report.

OPTIONAL
If you want to bring your MN list or county list up to date, and you do not know the date of your sightings, you can go to the seasonal report entry form (http://moumn.org/moureports/season.html) select "unknown" for the sighting date and enter your county list.  You can update your MN list by also selecting "unknown" for the County: selection.  Make sure that you select "Species: all" if you are going to do this.

If you have all your sightings in the database, the listing software will calculate for you some of the extra lists such as "Composite Monthly List", "Composite Season List", "Cook, Houston, Kittson, Rock Composite", and "Composite Total for 87 Counties".

I suggest that if you are one of the top county listers, that you at least submit all the birds that you have seen in a county.
