Kim Eckert just called me to inform that the Hawk Owl reported on this =
weeks Duluth RBA is still there as of 2:20pm!
The bird is 1/2 mile north of the Martin Rd on the Rice Lake Rd (Hwy 4) =
on the east side. Look for the power lines crossing over Rice Lake Rd., =
the owl is near this location.
