Possible By-law changes:

Add a new committee to be named Awards and Recognition. This new committee will not have a vote on the MOU Board.

Change the title of Recognition and Awards Committee to Recruitment and Nominations.

Change the quorum designation for Board Meetings to 1/3 of the Board to comply with state statute.

Add a membership category of Joint Life for $700.00. 

Great Lakes Aquarium proposal

Alternate voting methods on MOU issues

Advertising policy clarification between MOU-Net and Minnesota Birding

Discussion on possible uses of photo gallery, such as: open to all or just MOU members. Permission to use photos from photographer.
