[mou] Swainson's Hawk

[Linda Krueger]

The Swainson's Hawk was putting on quite a show from 4:40 - 5:15PM today at
the intersection of Hwys 52 & 42 near the Rosemount Water Tower.  He was
flying really low.  There was also a Turkey Vulture flying overhead in the
same area.
