   In today's Star Tribune, page 1 of Section B is a story about the opening of the Mayo CLinic T. Denny Sanford Pediatric Outpatient Center.  At one of the demonstrations was one about butterflies where Joel Dunnette of the Zumbro Valley Audubon Socciety showed buterflies .
   
  Joel is a frequent contributor of informationa about birds in the Rochester area.
