[mou] Minneopa SP YB Chat

Hey birders!

I spent a couple of hours looking for the Minneopa Yellow-breasted Chat with Tom Dahlen this morning (5:45-8:00) and came up empty.  We did enjoy great looks at Black-billed Cuckoo, Eastern Towhee, and Orchard Oriole in the previously mentioned location.
