[mou] Black-bellied Whistling Duck, Rice Lake NWR, Aitkin Co

A Black-bellied Whistling Duck was observed on Rice Lake National Wildlife 
Refuge, by Pat and Dick Cabe (birders from out of state w/ >700 North 
American birds on their lists).  Directions:  Travel the wildlife drive, 
past the observation platform on Rice Lake, past the west gate and watch 
the wetlands on the south side of the road, the road is still a one way at 
this point.

I would really like a confirmation of this species.  Please email 
observations my way.
