[mou] Urban eagle nest

I just noticed that nest yesterday myself!  Last week I had seen an  
adult eagle thermalizing on the north side of 62 as I entered from  
77.  The nest looked like it was in a residential neighborhood and I  
wondered if it was a red-tail nest.
