[mou] Problems with seasonal report software (fixed)

The problem with the seasonal report software has been fixed.   Please check to see if entries made in the last couple of days are in the database.

  There seems to be some problem with entering of data into the seasonal report.  Do not enter anything until it is fixed.  I have no idea what the problem is, but will try to determine what the problem is and report back.
