[mou] Crow Wing County ruddy turnstones

Today, May 27th, at the Ironton sanitary sewer treatment ponds, 6 ruddy turnstones, 1 Wilson's phalarope, 1/2 dozen white-rumped sandpipers, &  1/2 dozen semipalmated sandpipers.  Two dozen Caspian terns have been regular there the past 2 weeks.
