[mou] RBA Update

This is the Minnesota Birding Report for Monday, May 28th 2007.

A BLACK-NECKED STILT was seen on the 26th by Kim Eckert at the Hills  
Sewage Lagoons in Rock County.

A WHITE-FACED IBIS  was seen by Paul Johnson at the Big Blue Stem  
Pond at Sherburne NWR in Sherbune County on the 26th. Big Blue Stem  
Pond is at the 2-1/2 mile marker of the Wildlife Drive.

A second year CALIFORNIA GULL was on the Minnesota side of the  
Superior entry at Park Point in Duluth on the 27th.  There was also a  
LITTLE GULL on the Point at the 12th Street access on the 27th.

A YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT was found by Michael Perrone on the 27th at  
the Black Dog Lake Natural Area in Dakota County, about a half a mile  
from the trail head near the keosk.

And finally, a LAZULI BUNTING made a brief appearance at a bird bath  
in Monticello, Wright County, on the 25th, though the bird has not  
been seen since. If it does return, this report will be updated with  
additional information.

The next scheduled update of this tape is Thursday, May 31st 2007.
