[mou] Update: Snowy Plover, Park Pt, Duluth St Louis Co.

the Snowy Plover was seen about 4:00 on the lake side near the airport beach 
access at the end of Park Point.
Only one bird was observed.
A Piping Plover was in with the mixed flock of shorebirds.
