[mou] Northern Shrike in Hastings-Washington County

On the way to lunch we observed a Northern Shrike hunting at the corner of 122nd st and Morgan in Hastings. This is the portion of Hastings north of the bridge in Washington County/Denmark Township. It was still in the area when we drove by on the way back from lunch an hour later.
