[mou] Northern Shrike- St. Paul

I feel like I'm seeing a lot of northern shrikes in the last two  
weeks.  I'v seen two on the wires at a friend's house and just the  
other day I observed on around the feeding station at the Minnesota  
River Valley Headquarters in Bloomington.
