[mou] Yellow Medicine Cty shorebirds

Spellman Lake in Yellow Medicine County, (SW of Granite Falls) has excellent shorebird habitat!? I found 7 LB Dowitchers, many Stilt and Pectoral SPs, Greater and Lesser Yellowlegs and distant peeps.? Best viewing was from the east side - there's a space for WMA parking (a hitchin' post, really) and a trail back along the lake.? Walk until the trees open up about a 1/4 mile in.
