[mou] Saint Paul North takes the lead in Mallards

For those who are on the fence about participating in the 108th CBC this
winter perhaps it is worthwhile to mention that there is a battle raging in
the Metro. St. Paul North's 5,049 Mallards last year gave them a total of
159,162 edging ahead of Bloomington's 158,804 who only recorded 3,689 last
