The Barred Owl is present today in full morning sun.  I have a sick 18  
year old today and an attending realtor wife however.   Deck access  
may not be possible but shots from the ground have been easy but  
limited as the bird sits with little movement for hours.  Please call  
and confirm its presence, your planned visit time frame and access  
possibilities if interested.  It will likely be back based on results.
