[mou] Swainson's Hawk ~ Dakota County

Today in Inver Grove Heights along MN 55 in Dakota County Susan and I enjoyed watching a light morph Swainson's Hawk soar overhead.  The two-toned underwing linings showed a sharp contrast between the dark remiges and the pale coverts.
